By using The Crafty Train Station, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit information or use a private dashboard.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Organizers must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under their account.

Independent service

The Crafty Train Station is an independent community planning tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot. Whatnot accounts, shows, purchases, sales, giveaways, and platform conduct remain subject to Whatnot’s own terms and policies.

Organizer and seller responsibilities

• Provide accurate schedules, identity, and contact information.
• Use seller information only to run trains the seller joined; do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
• Do not spam, harass, impersonate, mislead, post illegal content, scrape information, or share malicious links.
• Keep private dashboard and calendar links confidential and promptly report a suspected exposure.
• Organizers are responsible for their train rules, moderation, schedule, seller selection, and communications.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You confirm that you have permission to use and share it, including uploaded artwork, thumbnails, names, text, and links. You give us a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and promote the train as you direct.

Moderation

We may remove content, close trains, restrict organizer access, preserve evidence, or suspend use when reasonably needed for safety, legal compliance, security, or enforcement of these terms.

No guarantees

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, seller participation, train performance, sales, attendance, or the conduct of other users. Back up information that is important to you.

Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Crafty Train Station and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or interactions between organizers, sellers, or third parties.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. Sellers can release a claimed spot. Organizers can archive or delete their trains. You may also submit a verified deletion request through our contact form.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Material changes will be announced through the site notification area. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
