Seller Expectations

Make sure You have read and agree to the event guidelines.

By signing up, you agree to:

Be ready to begin your show at your scheduled time.
NEW! Times are listed in Arizona time. Use the time changer to see times in your time zone!
Start your show 5 minutes early so you are prepared to receive the raid.
Remain live for your entire assigned time slot.
Raid directly into the next scheduled seller on time
Offer holiday-appropriate products, demonstrations, gifts, craft supplies, vintage treasures, or stocking stuffers.
Promote The Merry Makers Holiday Express and your scheduled time before the event.
Communicate promptly if an emergency or scheduling problem arises.
Maintain a welcoming, positive, and supportive environment throughout the event.

Important Promotion Rule

To keep the focus on our participating sellers, please do not advertise or promote any other raid trains you are participating in during the weekend of this event while appearing on The Merry Makers Holiday Express.
You may promote your own shop, products, Marketplace listings, and regular shows that are not at the same time as the train.

Moderator Requirement

Every seller is responsible for providing their own moderator for their scheduled show.

Please arrange your moderator before the event. If you are having difficulty finding one or need additional support, let Carmen know as early as possible so we can determine whether help is available. Please do not wait until your show is about to begin to ask for assistance.
